Alas Kedaton
Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest Alas Kedaton Monkey Forest’s name comes from alas, meaning ‘forest’, and kedaton, or ‘kingdom’. The area of Alas Kedaton is historically located between the Mengwi, Tabanan and Badung rajadoms. Thus theoretically, it should be considered as part of Mengwi, yet in reality the Tabanan royal family has developed most influence over this temple. Inside the forest is a namesake temple, usually referred to as Pura Dalem Kahyangan Kedaton.
This expansive complex is nestled amidst the dense woodland. Pathways surrounding the moss-covered temple walls provide a nice ambling tour, while the many places to stop and look over the shoulder-high partitions provide an insightful view into the temple grounds. The temple was built by the Hindu high priest, Mpu Kuturan, to unify the island’s Hindu sects, merging them into the Balinese Hinduism we know today. The high priest’s concepts allowed anyone from any caste or sect to offer their prayers at the Alas Kedaton temple.

Bedugul Temple well known with Ulundanu Temple Ulun it’s mean heart and danu it’s mean lake, the temple dedicated to the Gods of lake or waters (Danu Goddes), the lake supply a lot of water to the rice field. The temple founded in 17th century by the King of Mengwi. In outside yard there is buddhist temple and big Banyan tree. This temple of the important temple in the mountain used for Nyegara Gunung ceremony, nyegara (ocean) and Gunung (mountain). The visitor can rent speed boat to around the lake.
Jatiluwih Heritage Unesco Rice Terrace
Jatiluwih rice terraces pretty much cover the region of the namesake upland village in West Bali, most famous for its landscapes that are both dramatic and truly exotic. The site is one of the island’s must-see natural panoramas on par with Mount Batur and the caldera of Kintamani. The cool highlands and the breathtaking scenery of this village at the foot of Mount Batukaru makes for wonderful photo opportunities, and serves as a soothing retreat away from the island’s crowded south.
Once a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site candidate, Jatiluwih rice terraces comprises over 600Ha of rice fields that follow the flowing hillside topography of the Batukaru mountain range. These are well-maintained by a traditional water management cooperative known as ‘subak’, which dates back to the 9th century. The cooperative itself eventually won recognition as a dominant factor in Bali’s ‘cultural landscape’ entry on the heritage list.
Tanah Lot Temple
Bali Tanah Lot Temple is located in coastal side of Beraban countryside, Kediri sub district and Tabanan Regency. It is situated in 30 Km in west side of Denpasar town and about 11 Km in south side of Tabanan town. The temple is built on the rock with 3 acre size and reachable in a few minute by walk, because it is just 20 meters from the coastal lip. This temple is very famous among tourist destinations in Bali with spectacular view of sunset. At some nooks of coral reef around Tanah Lot Temple.
