I first contacted Edy based on his stellar online reviews and after his prompt reply, booked him for several days. He was not personally available for the first day I requested his service but arranged for one of his colleagues to meet my husband and me at the Denpasar airport to transfer us to our hotel.

Since then, Edy’s personally driven us to sightseeing at temples and waterfalls on a few of his preplanned excursion routes. He’s also arranged a cooking class, plus activities like cycling through Ubud’s rice terraces and snorkeling in Padang Bai.

One day my husband mentioned that he was looking to replace a broken accessory for his GoPro and Edy made it his mission to help us find this 5 year old part. He drove us to an electronics mall and to a couple of stores before scoring the piece that enabled us to shoot video of the amazing fish on our snorkeling excursion later that week.
